it all makes sense now because teamBLG had just sent me an email a few days ago that i was chosen to promote love drunk!
aaaah! i love them both. lol haha

It was cancelled because of the heavy typhoon. I mean BLG still went to Manila but without Katy Perry. It was so sad because both artists are very popular today. yeah, most of my friends all like rap and R&B and stuff, im like the outsider who listens to music which has talent in it, not just people who can talk fast.
the guys are amazing, serisouly are, from "heavy heart?" to love drunk. cant get better, and i will yet see them live
aha , honestly THANK GOD FOR TEH BOARDS! i remember when i joined, i was like sooooo in love with the boys, and i thought i was like actually crazy. everyone was like 'wow Laitlynn.. your jus a lil bit obsessive." and stuff, then when i came on here i was like hey there ARE people who love them i like i do XD . I was sooo happy i found ppl to talk to who actually loved ALL their music, knew the meanings behind their (amazingly wonderful) lyrics, and loved not only the music but the people XD . thats why i get upset when i think about how dead the boards are :/ . I remember when martin aws in the hospital on the SOYS tour.. we were all like glued to our computers crying trying to figure out what was wrong. and i remember making martin the scrapbook that summer for his bday (: and then we made poolie monopoolie. anyway they will ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS no matter what, have US behind them 100 %!!

i was on a website the other day and under the blg thread someone goes "i love love drunk. i just heard it for the first time today! so im downloading both their albums!" like first of all, love drunk has been out for awhile, second, HOW CAN YOU JUST BE HEARING OF BLG!?
honestly, i don't get it. :/
some girl went to the toronto show with hedley/blg ect and she was in my class and i noticed her love drunk shirt but i didn't say anything cause you could tell she was just one of those newer fans who probably only listens to love drunk for two is better than one because she was like to the girl beside me "and have you heard two is better than one?" or something..like seriously i wasn't paying attention much cause she probably isn't a dedicated fan like us here!
it really upsets me because they boys are so much more than just "that one song" and stuff. they are really important to me and i feel like they deserve more than that. it's great to know they have people like us that will always be supporting them whether their album is a #1 hit that sells a million copies or just sells for that one single. We'll always be there.
i'm sure i have more to add to this but i'll get back to you! haha.

like that's been happening for a while here.. people just keep discovering them.. it happened a while ago with thunder, and then a little bit with love drunk, and well its not this bad this time but almost everyone knows them now with tibto . i used to get soooo pissed off at people at my school who thought they knew them better than i do -_- or like this one girl i showed her heels over head & hero/heroine before blg got at all popular and she said she hated them. now she says she LOVES boys like girls. my cousin did almost the same thing, ive been obsessed with them for like 4 years now. she would never listen to me, and she completely refused to listen to ANY of their music. then one day i made her listen and she loved all of it. the other day she had lyrics from two is better than one in her fb status & someone commented and said they like the song she replied "i know eh, and i knew it before it was popular and i always thought hey , this is a great song." but she like trash talked the boys without even listening to them before -_- .. anyway i commented back "oh yea,m you've known it ever since i showed it to you XD :P" lol, and there was this one girl at my school who always fought with me when thunder was getting a bit of air play. and she always said the band only had 3 songs (hero, tge, & thunder) and the there was only one person in the band and that his name was paul johnson and that he was GORGEOUS and that he always talked to her on myspace and s***.. i would actually freak out on her :@ . lol
okay im gonna stop this rant because it could go on for a VERY long time.
yeah its great, there number 1 most played on Kerrang! (Best UK rock station) and other music channels have been playing Love Drunk alot.
annoying though everyone is all, have you heard that new band Boys Like Girls? NEW?! Ive listened to them for ages now!

KATY PERRY, LIVE IN MANILA POSTPONED TO NOVEMBER 14 FOR A CAUSE
Oct. 2, 2009 - Due to the unfortunate circumstances brought about by Typhoon Ondoy to our neighboring cities, the event on Saturday, October 3 is postponed to November 14, 2009 at the Mall of Asia Concert Grounds, still. The concert is said to be the biggest fund raiser concert for the typhoon victims as foreign and local artists will be supporting the cause in Katy Perry`s lead.
Typhoon Ondoy (international name Ketsana) hit Philippine soil in the morning of Sept 26, 2009. Many underestimated its strength. Unexpectedly, downpour was reported to be the heaviest rain in more than 40 years on Metro Manila and neighboring areas. The nine-hour deluge left some areas of Metro Manila under 20 feet of water. The situation got thousands of people stranded on the streets, families loosing their homes and lively-hoods, relatives left unaccounted for and people struggling for survival. Three days after the typhoon, the National Disaster Coordinating Council (NDCC) said it has accounted for 1.87 million affected people, 250 dead, 37 missing, 374,890 of which were sheltered in 607 makeshift evacuation camps and schools around Metro Manila, Rizal and other areas in Luzon, an image truly heartbreaking.
7 days after the typhoon Ondoy, the Philippines is threatened again by 2 typhoons, one of which is confirmed to be a super typhoon named "Pepeng." According to reports, Pepeng is anticipated to hit yet again northern Luzon later this afternoon until early Saturday morning (October 3). With this strike, no one knows how this will affect the country but it`s best to prepare for the worse. Prohibited Entry
It is for this reason that Music Management Inc. (MMI) and All Youth Channels Inc (AYC) postponed the Katy Perry, Live in Manila concert happening supposedly this October 3. Set to make the concert much bigger, better and more relevant, the two companies will be transforming Katy Perry`s concert into a fund raising gig scheduled on November 14, 2009 still at the Mall of Asia Concert Grounds. According to Ronald Esguerra, AYC`s Marketing and Communications Director, "we are currently working on foreign and local artists to join the cause. We feel that through the universal language of music, we will be able to unite and move everyone to help out." The fund raiser`s net proceeds will be awarded to an agency that has actively and efficiently been deploying donations and aid to the typhoon victims. Name of agency is yet to be announced at a later date.
The concert would also be an avenue for people to drop off their donations as it houses booths specifically intended for it. Donations in kind like food, water, clothes, blankets and medicines are welcome. We highly encourage everyone bring at least one item to donate. These items will be deployed to victims of the tropical storm.

if you're going to ask me, yes i believe this is legit. i mean, the ticketing company itself already posted it and i see no reason this is fake.
plus BLG went to malaysia for the MTV world stage and they did not put it up on their myspace (on the "shows" section).
but yes, it would be waaaaaaaaay better if BLG announced it themselves on twitter or myspace so it would really sound official.
that's why i need some help also to know if it is really confirmed that they are going here cause it is not yet in the tour page of this site
and knowing them they update really late

there's no way it's cancelled. i was not able to go to BLG's mall tour here last 2008 and i promised myself that if ever they come back here, i'll definitely be going no matter what. lol
