Can anyone tell me how I might contact the on line shop to chase an order I placed on 8th December 2011!!!! The only contact on the site is the Sony one at the bottom of the site and they are unable to help me with this order. There is no other contacts on the site. This is very frustrating as the monies have been taken from my account, but nothing has arrived as yet and I have no avenue for help!
